There is, however make sure you mark exactly where the factory spot is so you can get it back if you need to. I messed with mine along with drilling a hole in the throttle plate and it was easier just to replace the TB than try and get it back to stock (mainly the adjustment screw; I could have just filled the hole).

I have the same issue with my 2000 dodge avenger, took it to the mechanic and he swore it was the timing belt charged me about 700.00 and nope sure wasnt that, I replaced the distributor, air sensor, intake manifold....ect and still didnt fix it I wish someone could help seems like there is no answer.

I have the EXACT issue your having with my 2000 dodge avenger v6, took it to the mechanic he said timing belt took 700 bucks from me and no sure didnt do anything to my issue, so then he tried intake manifold, and cam seal, distributor,and then called told me to sell the car he had no clue what to do. A MECHANIC told me this I was shocked he left me hanging broke and a still sputtering at stops

I had that issue as well a long time ago, eventually narrowed it down to vacuum leaks, not sure what part had pin hole cracks but that stopped it as I replaced them & the throttle body shock-boot, can't think of anything I haven't replaced on it now days.

I have a 05 sxt atx , just changed spark plugs , spark plug wires , new airfilter , thoroughly cleaned throttle body and idle air control valve , new pcv valve and still have this issue. I notice when i have the a/c on the engine does not drop rpms. Does any one have an actual fix for this. I tried rasing the set screw on the throttle body for where the throttle sits un engaged but any adjustment threw my idle way to high so i bottomed it back down. Please help.
