Rear seat belts in 2005 SX2.0/Neon
Just visited safety check and failed because fo the rear seat belts (not locking when pull fast)
Is there a simple solution like spraying WD40 through a hole? It looks like to remove the seat belt retractors I have to remove rear seats (cushion and backs) as well as the top panel?
