Default fuse?

I have a 2004 neon sxt, the radiator went so I replaced it. Now when I try to start the car, it won't start and I see the word fuse flash on the odometer. I check the fuse box by the drivers door and the regular fuses under the hood in the module box or what ever it is. Has anybody run into this before? Or does anybody have any suggestions?

Did you hook all the grounds back up? I don't recall unhooking any during my radiator replacement though. It can be an actual fuse problem, it can be a ground problem, it can be a dome light or trunk light that is out. The only time my car wouldn't start and fuse was displayed in the cluster was when I missed reconnecting an engine ground.

Here's from the FSM:
The display may show the odometer mileage, the trip odometer mileage, P-codes, “no buS” for loss of bus communication, and “FUSE” for loss of battery fuse.
I'll add this one because I forgot about it despite also having it happen to me:
If the cluster determines that there is not 8.0 volts at the battery input, then the cluster shall alternately display “FUSE” and the odometer mileage.
The battery could be going out, or has gone bad, or there is still a fuse issue. I know the dome light and trunk light (if equipped) both act as inline fuses as well. This is a problem in which, unfortunately, you just have to go over everything. There is no for sure, exact cause.

There's no inline fuse for the battery. One of the power wires goes from the PDC to the positive terminal and the other from the starter to the battery.

Did Dodge change the PCM location on NCG cars from the location 2nd gen non-NGC's? The PCM in my '00 is right next to the radiator/fan. Wouldn't hurt to find out if the connections are tight on the PCM.
