I had the same problem when changing my bulbs. I dunno what the wrench is called, but I was able to buy a full set of allen wrench-style star wrenches at Auto Zone for $10. I'd suggest looking there.

I have heard that all underglows are illegal to keep on while driving, but it's ok to leave them on when the car is pared. I have no idea if this is actually true. I have purple underglows & I get a lot of cop attention.

Its a torque. Just goto autozone or somethin, they will have it.

I am not sure about the undercars. generally it should be legal, but don't be suprised if you get pulled over.

check your state laws for that because it will vary from state to state. i know here and VA what you said is true. as long as the car is parked its fine to have them on but once you turn the car on you better have them off.

Technically its illegal to have them on the car. Most cops at least here will not bother you no matter what color you have if you are parked in a lot and not on a main road. White is legal in some states while driving, but expect to get screwed with.

It's actually called a Torx, AKA a Star-bit

Remember a clip holds the sidemarkers in.

I have all clear lamps with LED's (including my taillights). Cops don't seem to hassle me about it in California. But I'm generally not driving in a stupid manner. However, for legality reasons, I'm changing my clear tails to regular ones once I start commuting to school again.

They are talking about neon underbody lights, not headlights or tail lights.
