yeah I took off the air intake box and the battery. also disconnected 2 vacuum hoses. I triple checked all of those and they are all connected

yes its in any gear and its getting progressively worse but I am not losing any power

And you're POSITIVE that it happened right after doing the pressure sensor? It's not something that could have been there before?
