its the plugs dude....I just had the same problem..try NGK V-power....you'll notice the diff. If it still contitues after new plugs, do the plug boots 2. TRUST ME I have new motor mounts.
The first thing I do on any used car I get is change the air filter, oil and filter, spark plugs and wires, cap and rotor if they are old enough and tire pressure. Start with those, and very likely, the problem is old and worn out spark plugs and wires. Stick with basic copper core plugs gapped to 0.035".
