ya im gettn 55miles every quarter of a tank...so..220 on a full tank...i was gettn 30mpg at one point in time not to long ago...i got newer plugs n wires, great air filter and pcv...no egr.. no vaccumm leaks no brakes draggn... just some engine noise as always...233k on motor and 70k on tranny 4sp auto. new tires propperly inflated..no fluid leaks and new coolant...

 

What fuel level do you fill up at?

 

TO the line at the F im just basing the 200+ from 1 quarter tank that i got 55miles on it, like from 3/4 to 1/2 tank i got 55 miles. prolly 02 sensor, i have no CEL or codes

 

Sometimes they will burn through the first half faster than the last half. Mine has done it a few times.

 

Mine does that consistently as well. I'll get about 100 miles on the first quarter and then like 75 miles on the others.

What about dirty fuel injectors

 

I think the sending unit is just a little funky, when I calculate it I still get about 30mpg.

 

i changed my fuel injectors to black ones that came off a 2000 neon.. maybe ill try fuel injector cleaner...my guess is my upstream 02 sensor is getting tierd
