Alright, here is what I know.

Car dies and immediately turns back on with a subtle jerking action.

Check engine codes:
p0441
p0700
p0755
p0562

How's your transmission fluid? How is your drive belt? Is it there?

Transmission fluid and belt are up to par.
I change the fluid about two weeks ago.

P0441 is completely irrelevant in this scenario.

P0700 is only there to let you know something is wrong with your transmission. It has sub codes stored in the TCM. You need a scanner that can pull those codes in the TCM.

You don't have to worry about p0441

---------------

p0755 is p0700 sub's code.
It says shift solenoid B malfunction.

What is the year of your car?

------------------

P0562 is System voltage low
You have low battery, or the alternator is not charging it. I replaced the alternator's brushes on my Camry. It worked for me.

Its a 2003.
Would I possibly have to change my Transmission Solenoid pack?

Yes, possibly. But, check for wiring and connector first.

You did not have a problem with your car shifting before right? So, wait to fix code P0562 first.
Something else could have set P0755.

From eHow. I think you got your answer to this problem.

The most basic factor that can cause a solenoid shift malfunction is a corroded or loosely connected battery cable. The problem can also arise if the positive (or red) battery cable is damaged in some way.
