Anybody know what is causing my problem, trying to help out a friend in need and I am looking for a confidence boost as these hi tech cars is not really my cup of tea. I am just an everyday back yard mechanic from the 1955 Chevy days. Changed coil,(was the start of he problems as it cracked and shorted out) plugs (they were really warn, never changed) and wires, (they were questionable) checked Continuity on the pulse lines from the PCM as well as possible grounding and it is all good. When re-connected to the PCM I get a constant ground showing on the black/gray wire feeding the coil. Does this mean the computer (PCM) is bad? Mahalo/Thanks George
