I heard the front one should be bought if you were to buy only one to begin with.
besides dc/mopar I am mainly finding billet aluminum.
Would it make a difference in how thick the aluminum is or are you basically saying stay away from the aluminum bars?

I don't race so I was thinking that a dc/mopar would be over kill n some aspects

I also will be buying shocks and springs at some point before spring

Normally the front is the one you want first. However, the strut towers on the Neon are close to the firewall so there isn't much flex up front. The back is the complete opposite.
I'm saying that I would only buy something like the DC bar. I prefer steel/solid suspension components vs. aluminum. It's your money, your car and your decision. I'm just sharing my knowledge on the subject and Neon-specifics.
