turn the key nothing turn again it starts
My car has been acting weird on and off.
I am thinking the starter is either going
there is a loose belt
or ignition is messed up..
its not the cold weather because, yesterday was 60º and it did it again
I turn the key as if i am turning the car on every thing lights up but the car makes no noise
Then I will try it again and it usually starts
any idea what it could be?

If it happens again, maybe you should put the transmission in neutral and try it. I bought an 05 SXT last year for $500 because the owner couldn't figure out why it wouldn't start. I towed it home, put a new battery in it, turned the key and sure enough nothing happened. Dropped it in neutral and it started right up. I disconnected the connector from the transmission range selector switch, cleaned it with some contact cleaner and that car never had a starting problem again.

Check the battery cable clamps. I did not bolt them back secure. The lights went on, but the car would not start (crank up).
if your battery move a lot on it's seat, tight a rope around it.
Our car would die randomly, and no start, because of this.
