Default 2000 neon 3 & 4 no spark

Hi i have a 2000 neon started running rough put the timing light on spark plug wires no spark on 3 & 4 .thought maybe wires where arcing out so switched wires with 1 & 2 still no spark .so changed coil still only running on 1 & 2 . Can any one help. My frist dodge should have stayed with a GM

It doesn't sound like the plugs or the wires, but instead you may need a new coil pack.

Hi have replaced coil twice with new ones

Welcome to DF

I would guess you may have a problem with one or more coil drivers. The coil drivers are in the PCM ( powertrain control module). But you would need to ohm test the wires from the coil to the PCM. Try to pull some codes from the PCM and let me know what the codes are. In the mean time, i will move your post to the Neon section.

Hi the only code was p1684. i did replace battery. any other ideas
