Default Hub Nut

What size socket is needed for the rear hub nut? ( 2004 )
I'd like to have the correct one on hand when I go to remove it.
Thanks

Lol... I think you've massively missed the point. Check my previous post.

I'm a member on another car forum....typically they scramble to be first to shout out a nut/bolt size etc.

You want to know what size it is. Measure it with a caliper and you'll know. What point did I massively miss? I've never touched the rear hub nut and apparently not too many others have either based on the number of replies. That leaves two options unless I'm wrong: measure it [with calipers] or Google it. If you search correctly, I'll bet ya the answer is in one of the first three results.

-What I found online was it took a 30mm socket. May or may not be. Just be sure to have a couple sizes handy when you change the hub.

-Sure thing. And don't forget. The hub nut needs to be torqued to 160 ft. lbs...

Hub arrived today..yea.
From what I can see...they use ball bearings instead of rollers...no wonder they wear out quickly.
I have torque wrench at the ready....160lb's..."check"
