I have the power wires on the led washer nozzles coming from the battery to an inline fuse the negative wires together. The power wires go to the switch and the negative wires to the acc on the switch and the switch grounded and if i ground the leds every wire gets red hot. Ive tried switchin the wires up and im still having the problem of when the light on the switch is on the lights are off and when the lights are on the light in the switch is off

If thee are getting hot you have something crossed or a resistor for the leds is missing, sometimes the manufacturer forgets... 4 leds wired + to - will replace a resistor.

Do your wires get hot wired directly to the battery or 12v source? If so it's missing a resistor, return them, or supply your own from radio shack or an electronics shop.
