Default Idle Help w codes

I have a 2003 Dodge Neon SXT 5 speed and I am having a problem with my idle being way to high. It sits at right about 2k rpm's. I just replaced my TPS and now the idle is way to high. The check engine light is on as well but it is just emissions p0420, p0703 for a brake switch and p0441. Any suggestions or has anyone else had this problem or something similar? Thanks

There's a lil adjustment process you need to follow & use a digital volt meter. It's easy once you test it a few times

did you connect all the air intake properly?
i misaligned the duct to the throttle body last weekend so it was sucking straight air when i started it up. revved high (not sure how high the rpms were) so i shut it off and went to see wtf. just had to seat it properly and tighten it up.

Make sure there are no vacuum leaks.. Could also be an idle air motor stuck.

make sure the idle adjustment screw is set to your preferance ( its a lil bolt that acts as a bump stop for the throttle cable). I couldn't find it for like a month. lol
