hey, i told you guys i was new at modding, so understand that please...

With that out of the way, back on the subject. Casper, I understand what your saying but i keep hearing that there is some way to do it! I see people saying they sent their PCM's to Mopar, or like you said to Howell. Either they are lieing or there is a way for the newer gens to get it reprogrammed. I will check out this megasquirt system.

JET is working on a reprogramer for the newer neons (looked it up) so i know it might be a while for something to get out there if there really isnt any alternative right now.

All in all i can deal without the modification if its not out there...

I'll check out the megasquirt thing and see if it is for the newer Neons, then I will post back and inform ya guys on my find.

That was it, I thought they were more expensive. Interesting.

I'm sorry, I was not trying to be rude. I have never heard of, or read of anybody on here using anything other than the megaquirt. Please though, if you do find something else post back and let us know. There are a lot of people on DF that would be very interested.

You can buy them if you would like. There are a few people on here that have tried them and were very disapointed. I also belive they have been dynoed to lose power. Someone correct me if I am wrong.

I am pretty sure its the same. Call Howell and ask them is your best bet. As far as I know there is not much difference other than the head and PCM, it should cross over. I know there are people using the PCM and have swapped the magnum head to a regular 2.0.
