RE: Post the specs of your car and your average MPG!
I have an 04 SXT....not too many mods, just CAI, Exhaust, plugs, wires....think thats all I've done to my engine at least.
Anyway...I get about 28-30 in the city. On the highway I get about 35ish. I've found if you use cruise control on the highway your mileage drastically improves. At least it did for me.

2005 SXT Performance group
4000miles
Mopar CAI
Moderate Cams
Springs/Valves
Underdrive Pully
Full Cat-Back Exhaust
R/T Head
Mopar Tuned ECU
Header
Ignition system/plugs
Mopar LSD
Mopar Clutch/Flywheel
185.8 BHP
On avg I get 33-ish... mostly city. Some highway driving. And I whoop on it pretty good most of the time.

Can a 1st gen cut in here?...
32-34 mpg mostly in town, 36-38 mpg mostly freeway. Got 42 mpg on one leg of a longer trip earlier this year (averaged 39 mpg for the entire 2000 mile trip).
'95, CAI, UDP, MPP PCM, UDP, PS header, Dynomax cat, 2.5" piping, Hooker Max Flow muffler, 14 lb alloys, summer tires, weight redux (down under 2400 with driver race ready).
Coming up on 240,000 miles...
2.0 2 go...what exactly is a "Mopar tuned ECU"? I didn't think Mopar was doing PCM's for the 2nd gens...

2003 Dodge Neon R/T with 25,000 miles. Cold Air Intake, Borla Exhaust, stock 16" wheels, 90% highway driving. I use 89 octane (because even though the book says 91 octane, ITS STILL A NEON until i get a turbo or something in it!)
Oh sorry for the rant...anyways, i get about 34-36 with my 90%+ highway driving, and i drive my car hard.
