Default 2003 dodge neon sxt dead

So the car died on me a couple times the past 2 days while driving. Today it died and no power at all. Checked the battery and it reads 12.5 volts. No start, gauges or interior or exterior lights. Completely dead. Turn the ignition key and nothing. No radio. Nothing Suggestions. Checked fuses and all appear to be ok. Swapped out a couple relays and still nothing!

Check connections at the battery, alternator and starter.

Battery has 12.5 volts. Has power to Fuse block in engine bay. Was going to move it today. Key in ignition. Foot on brake. Took it out of park to neutral. Everything lit up. Started. Ran for a minute and shut down again. Lost all power again.

Make sure the battery terminals aren't corroded on the inside. Happened to me recently. Couldn't tell it was the problem until I finally removed them from the posts.

Yes. I checked that. Little corrosion. Cleaned. Made no difference. Going to get it towed to my mechanic hopefully this week.

Im taking the car in this week. I asked my mechanic about the computer and he said that would have nothing to do with it. He said even if it was the computer you should still be able to turn on the headlights and even they arent working.

Ill check the connection anyway. Where is the computer located?

So I had the car towed to the mechanic. He had it for 3 days and it started right up. Couldn't find any issue. Drove it home and an hour later just died again. Called tow truck again. Guy looked at the wiring and when he moved the positive battery cable and the power came on for a second and died. Towed back to mechanic. Now it's dead. Told him what happened again He disconnected positive cable and jumped it with a charger. Started right up. He ordered the positive cable which now is one piece with the negative cable and voila $115 later drove the car all day with no issue. So it looks like the cable was bad.

You didn't read them? Checking all the connections, etc.
