Default My new stuff

I just got my Crane Cam 12 with valve springs today. I can't wait unitil I get those installed. I might get it installed in a few weeks. It only took 2 1/2 weeks to get here.

I don't know how. It came with some good directions but I'd rather get someone else who knows they're doing to do something like that. I have 2 different mechanics that install my mods for me and I'm going to wait until one gets back from being out of town. If have time I'm going to try to post a video and pics of my car.

OH shiz son....I'd be installin it myself. Well not by myself...with the help of a buddy. We install everything on my car. Guess it helps that he's going to school for it though and thats all he does. And he has a neon so he knows everything about them anyways......But yah...update with results.

You're fortunate enough to have someone like that by your side. I've always had to come out the pockets to get my stuff installed. More power to you[sm=gears.gif].

lblackneon...ive been looking at the crane cams all afternoon...are the springs you purchased from crane too? i mean im sure if you made the purchase you were confident....and are new valve springs the only absolutely necessary thing for cam upgrades?

yup, they are the only necassary peice in order to make them work and fit. But it wouldnt hurt to go ahead and get some better pistons etc with it if ya know what im saying

But becuase of the new camshaft, you HAVE to have those new bigger valve springs for the cam to work properly and for things to not hit and cuase a major problem[sm=gears.gif]
