Howell has a 60mm for the 2nd Gen Neon. U probably shouldn't go that big unless you're going with some heavy mods. I know they have smaller sizes for the 1st Gen for sure though.

if anything, you should probable invest in the 55mm throttle body. It will produce better horse power with a fair amount of mods. If you dive into your engine, rebuild it with better pistons etc. you might want to invest in the 60mm one. But a 55 will do just fine if not optimumly for most applications. Howell sells 60mm and MPx sells 55mm polished or regular throttle bodies.

I thought I checked into this at one point only to find out that their throttle body is roughly the same size. I could be wrong on that since I checked on that a LONG time ago. Otherwise if it was better or worked on our car...I would have one already. 60mm will be fine. Just make sure your car breathes well.

So 60mm would it feel like crap even if I have the CAI and headers and straight pipeing, UDP, new clutch with aluminium flywheel.and msd coil and spark cables? lets asume its 50mm would it be worthit to pay two hundred and some dollars just to get 5mm more or 10mm but if you get 10mm would that be a lot of air going in and would it make a lot of compresion that it would break the manifold? can that happen? mine is made out of plastic I dont know if that could happen. I might be wrong but am just wondering, am thinking of buying one. I had one but I never installed I left it out side on the ground by my car and my dad came with his huge *** truck and smash it. I had the 60mm but I never got to test it, so somebody tell me. whats best?
