I usually seem to get the most power after I hit 4500 when my secondaries open up...

i'm in the same boat, ur, uh... car. anyways. yeah, at 4000 rpms and beyond its crazygonuts. before that it's kinda slow going. i was hoping for a little more poop out of the lower rpms. looks like this may just be the way. (still waiting to see if the pcm steals his fun away, though)

Thanks for all the info guys. I'm definately getting this thing. By the way I forgot to ask an important question. Does this thing increase the rev limit above 4k? Or does it stay the same. Eitherway...this thing sounds sweet.

I'm assuming you have an auto tranny? If so...why would you want it to rev higher then that? It will more then likely just spin the tires if you try and take off any harder then that. ****...I spin my tires and have traction problems at 2000rpms in 1st gear most the time......If I tried letting it rip at 4,000rpms there would be a lot of smoke at least on the street. On the track I've let it rip at 4k before. Spun the tires quite a bit with some smoke...but I grabbed traction pretty quick. On the street it would just be a burnout.......So to answer your question...I'm not completely sure. But if you want to go anywhere going above 4k launching probably won't help you unless you have good tires and a LSD.

hehe yeah I know...

I wasn't wondering because I was planning on dropping it from that high. I was just curious. And yeah I have an auto.

If I get this, where should I go to get this installed? What kind of shop did he go to exactly? Should I go to Dodge mayby? Hopefully I can get this thing out myself...
