you don't HAVE to drill or use two non foulers. I just screwed the O2 sensor in one non fouler as is and its still working perfectly fine *knock on wood*

ya, if you have to drill then you bought the wrong size de-fouler... mine screwed in fine, no drilling required.

Do yourself a favour and get one of these: http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/CEL-F...spagenameZWDVW

it's basically what everyone's trying to make you build on your own, but id just save yourself the time and order it for $10 and $5 shipping.

It screws onto your downstream o2 sensor, then the mechanical simulator screws into the DP/Cat.

it basically restricts airflow into the o2 sensor to make it think that the exhaust gasses arent flowing too fast.

^^^why would you spend that much and wait for shipping, when you can easily go to your closest auto parts store and do it for less than that.Makes no sense

edit* that looks almost identical to the non foulers (probably are and the seller is trying to make more money). As for time, if you do it the way we are telling you to do it, it would take no more than 5 minutes plus whatever time it takes to go to the store.

because i was lazy at the time, and didnt feel like messing up my o2 sensor at the time :|

so i just went and got a pre-made one.

no harm no foul, just spent $10 more on something that i shouldn't have.
