i have had a 04 neon sxt auto trans for 2 years and i am wanting to upgrade in to proformance end can you give me any hints or web sites that have parts i can use.

Modern Performance would be a good start as the have valve bodies, overhaul kits, flex plates, and LSDs. Start there.

1st Gen Neon is 1995-99 and 2nd gen is 2000 and up.

WILL SRT-4 PARTS INTERCHANGE WITH THE NEON SINCE THEY ARE THE SAME????????? AS LONG AS I CHANGE THE MOTOR AND TANS

You'll need the wiring harness and most likely (I believe) the ECU from the donor SRT-4 as well. If you have a 5-speed, an R/T tranny will stand up to the abuse better than the stock base tranny; or you can get a PT cruiser tranny also.
