Congrats on getting the parts together. Your gonna love every minute of it once your all done. Btw, unless your laptop is controlling your fuel, your not going to do much tuning. If you some kind of scantool hooked up to the laptop it will help you tune, just like the WB will. Also i use the AEM wideband... great product.

yeah I am using the aem one too it works fine. for tunning a rrfpr you set base presuure and then you just turn the needle too get rate right it is not hard at all.

hey are you doing the install just don't try and install all those parts at once maybe do the clutch and oil pump then do the turbo or else you might not get too enjoy boost because you would have worked your self too death.

oh those injecter might be too big but ngc are weird it will idel anything. but the problem is that you are probly gonna need like 4:1 rate gain I think the cartech and chil factory units are 8:1 without tunning disks I think just do some research on that.

The Chill Factory unit I'm looking at comes with a tuning disk to (i think) change the rate gain...but i'll have to check to be sure. For the injectors, people keep telling me to simply put the base fuel pressure lower than if i werre running the Stage 0's...but again, i'll check on that before. I'll have a couple of guys helping me do the install, and we havent ereally decided what to install first, or how long of a weekend we want to have. lol. I'm going to do a few things before hand, like mount gauges, run wiring, drill through the firewall when needed, install the new clutch, and cut the hiuge hles in the radiator support for the IC...oh how exactly is the best way to do that anyways??

So yea, I have a lot of planning to do, and still some things to buy, the whole buying parts process and recieveng them is taking way longer than i thought...I was really hoping to have had everything by now, but it looks like it might be closer to the end of the moneth before i have everything and i'm ready to install.

I've had a bunch of questions lately on all the things I have bought, or am buying fr my little turbo project, so for anyone in need, heres the list of things you'll need!

[ul][*]SRT-4 Turbo/Manifold [*]SRT-4 O2 Housing [*]SRT-4 Boost gauge [*]SRT-4 Dash Pod [*]Walboro 255lph Fuel Pump [*]SRT-4 Stage 0 or Stage 1 Injectors[*]SRT-4 Intercooler [*]AEM UGEO Wideband A/F Gauge [*]AaronNeon Return Line Kit[*]Oil Pressure Gauge [*]Dual Pillar Gauge pod [*]Melling M190 Oil Pump[*]Chill Factory or Cartech RRFPR (Rising Rate Fuel Pressure Regulator) [*]SOHC Turbo Manifold Adaptor [*]IC Hot/Cold Side Piping (Stock SRT piping will not fit properly)[*]AOBE Map Clamp [*]PT Cruiser Non-Turbo Clutch [*]Mopar Borla 2.5" Catback Exhaust[*]Turbo XS BOV and Block-Off Plate (not needed, but sounds really cool!) [*]All Lines and Bolts (leave extra money for any unforseen part costs)
[/ul]

And for anyone also looking to turbo their Neon, the one piece of advise i could give you, besides do all the research possible, is to save as much as money as possible, because there will be costs you wont expect...like i was only looking to spend $1600 or so, and now its going to be near $2,500 for everything...

And because of that "price spike" you could say, things are taking longer than i thought, just because i dont want to charge too much of this stuff, so as of now, i'm looking at the beginning of August if my PT Clutch ever comes in and i get everything else ordered...

Hello, I was digging through the forms and was wondering if you finished your turbo set up yet? I am working on my build up and had a few questions.
Thanks
