ok i did everything but it didn't work the shift light went on and eveything but my shift light stays on and none of the wires work for the stick to move i connect it and it goes to zero and i disconnect and i gose to 1 so wats wrong can anyone help?
accually u do not HAVE to have one depending on the tach, the one that i just pulled out of my car has a two cylinder rating.... and all u have to do is hard wire it into ur car.. and make sure ur cylinder rating is ready to go and u r all good....but if u have a tach with only 4-6-8 cylinder rating then yes u will need a tach adapter
mine has a built is SMALL led shift light, but i am runnning all that off my ms, so iwill not need it anymore.....
accually if u r interested in it, let me know, it is an autometer...(the only gauge i would ever use)
You guys could just get a different gauge cluster with a tach, it is just plug and play. Thats only if you want a tach. But you would also not have your true mileage numbers, only the miles on the oldcar where thecluster came from would show up.
