SolarNeon, how much would that run me? Will it eliminate all break noise throughout the car like no rear squeaking or anything? I appreciate everyone's help. I'm starting to grow fond of my neon but the squeaking makes me hesitant to mod it because no matter what I have that ear-piercing noise!!! [:@]

the Safety Stop brand ceramics pads for the front are 38 bucks and the rear shoes are 18 bucks I didnt replace the drums but i used Sta-lube synthetic brake caliper grease sparingly on anywhere the brake shoes rub the backin plate sometimes a squeeky brake is from vibration also but it has totally eliminated my brake noise the last 3000 miles since I did it.... they make alot more expensive brakes but I'm not racing and I think if someone was they would opt for a bigger four wheel disk brake option anyways a cheaper brand brake is softer which eliminates some noise but the cheapest are too soft and wear way too fast. time will tell tho if the squeek comes back but the dealer I bought the car from couldnt get rid of it for more than 2 days and mine was terrible when I got it.
