whats is rrfpr setup?
Rising Rate Fuel Pressure Regulator.

If you want more boost you'll need a better way to control the fuel managment...so you would need either MS or a PortFueler type setup. HRC sells the PortFueler for $1,000 i think, and wiht their stock 16g turbo you shouldnt have any trouble getting 300hp...if you want more than that you would need a larger turbo, i.e. 20g or similar.

rrfpr setup are good but if you wanna boost past 14 psi you are just putting way too much stress on the feul pump. the pressure just get too high.

ok you should read up as much as you can before you go turbo
but here is the feul basics
most kits for the neon uses raising rate feul presure regulater rrfpr
ok since they send you larger injecters you are gonna whant too trim the feul for when the car is not boosting and does not need all that feul. with the rrfpr setup you make the base feul pressure lower here is little formula too work that out (stock injecter size / new injecter size) times stock feul pressure= new base pressure

ok here his how rrfpr works for 1psi of boost it raises the feul x amount. So if you have a 8:1 rrfpr it raises the feul presure 8psi for every 1psi of boost.

I hope this makes sense too you

But he is already talking about wanting 300whp...in order to get their your going to need more than 14psi on a 16g turbo, which means he cant use the RRFPR setup reliably...plus he has already stated he is buying the HRC turbo kit (instead of the custom SRT route), so since he obviously has the money to invest in this he might as well go HRC PortFueler or full MS for fuel managament right?
