Monza is a product line produced by Pacesetter. I have heard some not-so-great thinks about Pacesetter's quality on this forum, but have no personal experience with them so I can't really advise either way.
I also have not had personal experience with Pacesetter, but i have heard from many people about their quality...thinner metals, quicker, more severe rusting, etc...but for the price, some people are willing to deal with it.
As far as exhausts go, save your money and go full stainless steel. Great quality and will never rust so you will never need a new one. You can often find shops that will give you a pretty good deal on a custom stainless exhaust because that's all they do.
how about this one with custom stainless steel pipes

It's only a muffler, not much hp gain... but does have a low roar... nice sound...

bought a pace setter cat back and will never do it again. bought the duals and the pipes didnt fit into eachother and then after i went and finally got it on like a month later the hanger started breaking off. also the damn thing is so heavy i would not recomend it to anyone.
Iv herd about the weight of this thing from elsewhere.
Not the breaking clamps though.
Wheres the CAT in that catalouge image though?
Looks nice though, but is it really worth the effort?.
