Monza is a product line produced by Pacesetter. I have heard some not-so-great thinks about Pacesetter's quality on this forum, but have no personal experience with them so I can't really advise either way.

the price was what got me thinking, other exhaust systems are quite a bit more, i thought that maybe there was something wrong with it if they're sellin it for such a low price

I also have not had personal experience with Pacesetter, but i have heard from many people about their quality...thinner metals, quicker, more severe rusting, etc...but for the price, some people are willing to deal with it.

As far as exhausts go, save your money and go full stainless steel. Great quality and will never rust so you will never need a new one. You can often find shops that will give you a pretty good deal on a custom stainless exhaust because that's all they do.
