im pretty sure thats not the name for it, but the other day i figured out that my light thats supposed to go on when you're at 1/8 of the tank of whatever it is doesnt work. is there any way i can check if it just a blown fuse or if the light has gone out?
hey same here, i have an 02 neon, and for sum reason the gas light doesnt come up, im always waiting for it to put gas lol, i heard its a sensor, not sure if thats true, anyone know how to fix it, i would also like to know.
no idea, when it gets to the red part of the meter i fill it up, but theres been times were ive gone beyond that and almost to empty and still no light
My honest advice would be to buy yourself an Autometer fuel gauge and sending unit. They're not that expensive depending on which line you buy. That will you will actually know how much fuel you have in your tank.
I would suggest getting ahold of a scanner with a data display, chryslers give a fuel level in gallons on their data displays. then compare that to what the guage says.
