Q about spark plug, rim, engine, and fan
first, is NGK good for neon? i know it's good for J-cars...but....i just want to know. tell me , plz!
or which brand of spark plug is best for neon? and which type?
2nd, wut size of rim gets good acceleration, handling, and saving gas?
3rd, my engine is very nosie...i dunno why is that. have any idea?
4th, the fan's temperture is really high, but not yet overheated. do i need to change a new fan or wut i should do?
my neon is 2000 plymouth lx

-ngk should be fine
-smaller rim size is better for acceleration and gas milage so i would say about 15ish
-what do you mean by noisy maybe your intake box(if you still have one) has a hole in it
-the fan temp shouldnt be that high the thermostat is 195 and the fans come on there so it shouldnt be a problem with that it might be your thermostat is stuck closed if it does happen to get really hot, blast your heat and it will cool the eingine down a bit

NGK is a Japanese brand spark plug that are traditionally very high quality and consistant. The motor works great with them.
leftfun - 14" is great for accel and 7"-8" is grat for handleing. Hard to find tires for that today but milage is probably optimized for stock. I wanted to maintain stock Speedo and milage but with some performance so I got P185/65R14 BFGoody Traction T/A's. Oh' get lightweight aluminum too. Excess weight is performance and milage down the toilet.
as far as your noise you would have to decribe more in detail. Could be an exhaust leak, CAI, spun bearing, etc. etc. etc. or your ust used to a Mercedes.

thx. then i will replace my old spark plug tmr with NGK.
actually, i dunno much about the underhood. i need to look and find out wut's going on on my car exactly. so i can re-post the issue here.
i will go check the car tmr after work with detail info.

The best plugs for any Mopar are Champion. If you change your plugs every year or two, just get plain copper Champions, but if you want plugs that last longer go with the Champion Iridiums. Replace the stock plug wires, they are small and extremely restrictive keeping your plugs from getting the spark energy they could be getting. Get a set of MSD Super Conductor plug wires, they will provide thousands of times more spark energy to the plugs resulting in more power, far more responsive throttle, increased fuel mileage and a smoother idle. It is also common for people to notice that the exhaust is slightly louder and more aggressive sounding, that's how much more spark energy the MSD's get to the plugs.
The smaller the wheel the lighter it usually is, but that also increases the tires height which allows more body roll reducing the handling. A 16" wheel is ideal for both weight and handling, just shop around and find the lightest 16" wheel you like. If you have to drive the car through snow then the Bridgestone Potenza's are great all around tires. If snow isn't a concern then I highly recommend the Goodyear Eagle F1 GS D3's.
What kind of noise does it make and can you localize roughly where it's coming from?
First check for any codes and then check the coolant's mixture with a tester you can get from any autoparts store for around a dollar.
