in the hardwire kit it comes with a built in fuse on the cord that ends in a little prong thing. just pull out any fuse in the fusebox(i used wipers) and stick the prong thing in there and ur good to go.

Thats what i was afraid of..But Honestly i was more nervous trying to pop the dash up enough without breaking it...Not know where the clips are is kinda scary..I dont want to crack or totally break my dash trying to pop it up. Everything is good now though came out just like i wanted!!

if your referring to this little piece, here are all the clips.
the actual dash has the screws on the sides (where the door closes over the side of the dash). other than that i think its just clips if i recall correctly. but there may be two scres in the vent on the dash, i honestly dont remember.

edit: i now read you were talking about the dash itself. were the two scres on the sides the only ones holding it in?

No i ment the actual top of the dash..Iver popped it up enough to pull the bezel above the steering wheel before but never totally up enough to get something between the dash and the front windsheild

I haven't done it myself, but what I understand from the FSM is that you pop up the front edge of the dash (edge nearest you) and then pull the dash towards you, and it should come out. The trick with body pieces is never to tug, just apply even pressure.
