Especially since he has a donar car, theres really no reason why he shouldnt do the srt-4 swap. Hell he could even buy a brand new shortblock for $1,000 and piece the rest together and probably still come out at the same price, if not cheaper, then doing the 2.0 build and turbo. But like I've said before, i can see why he would want to build a 2.0 monster...but their are just so many advantages to that 2.4 motor.

 

finding a donor srt-4 isnt really that easy though. ive looked before and couldnt find one
also how much do you think an 03+ 5 speed donor neon would be from a salvage yard? it might still be cheaper to do this because i can do all of the work myself. i just need to buy parts
