why 2 main bearings???....get a whole main bearing set....comes with 5 sets
rear main seal
get a headgasket set.....it comes with just about all gaskets....and get an intake gasket
srt4 02 housing
boost controler....just a good idea
get a new timing belt tensioner pulley
and get a new throw out bearing
how come a bov block off plate???...why not just go with a mopar BOV
ive heard bad things about the melling oil pump

just remember if you rebuild the motor.....its a good idea to take the block to a machine shop and have it honed and the head resurfaced

Everything on your list along with what spudsterier said seems to be a pretty complete list, theres always little things you'll need, and i'm sure theres something i missed besides the need for a wideband A/F gauge ($280)...

But let me ask you this, what is the goal of your project?

Oh and here are some prices for you, i can go through it in more detail when its not 12:30 AM...i would also highly suggest MP for most of these parts, and your local auto parts store for your OEM needs.

intercooler ------------------------------- srt-4 stock $100.00

If thats the case why are you using the stock SRT-4 turbo and intercooler? The TD04 will max out at 330whp or so, and thats with other mods and on a 2.4 engine. Not to mention the fact that your cutting down the turbo's life.

if you want that much power then why dont you spend about the same amount of money and throw in a srt engine and then get either a 50 trim turbo or a stage 3 kit????

ok cool i wasnt really too sure about that and for the turbos i wanted to start out small and then go big. 300+ is my ultimate goal and as for just dropping in an srt motor, that would be perfect if i can get one thatt i know wasn't beaten on which i know is never going to happen. everyone beats on an srt motor, and if i rebuild my own 2.0 i know all of the parts and brand new and good

doesnt matter about the engine being beat on. if u get one with low miles than ur allset, i bet an srt motor would have less wear and tear on the internals than ur engine
