Default Removing Stock Head unit

I'm trying to remove my head unit, and i can't seem to get the antenna connector out of the unit. is there a certain way to get tit out, or do i just pull? i don't want to break it, since i will be installing a new headunit momentarily. i just want need to know if i will have to cut it and rewire a new one for my new headunit.

I needed the adapter. Just buy it all from crutchfield. I got my single DIN adapter, antenna adapter, harness, and directions for $50 shipped.
