Default Has anyone had problems with the TPS sensor??? P0123

im gettin closer to findin out wuts wrong with my car, they did a whole computer check both tranni/engine. even though i had no check engine light P0123 came up

P0123 (M) Throttle Positon Sensor Voltage High Throttle position sensor input above the maximum
acceptable voltage range

aparently its the sensor at the bottom of the TB. aparently its either messed up or something is wrong with it. Has anyone had this problem? would this be why im so slow in the begining and maybe takin off in 2nd gear?

That's interesting, I've taken my TB off many times because I was modeling it in CADD class and my car is slow of the line sometimes to, like a bog but not quite. your problem sounds similar to mine, I have a header and have just thought that I've lost a little low end but I could have the same problem as you.

Yes I've heard of this problem coming up before...just get the sensor replaced but on some cars they just go out for no reason...
