The SE/SXT's have a speed limiter and RPM limiter (R/T's ony have the RPM limiter)...both limiters are electronic and there is no way around it unless you go MS.

He's turbo'ed. I see a fuel pressure regulator, bov.....and if you look at his sig it would explain the rest. Hey 03RT......I thought R/T's were speed limited as well? Why does everyone want to get rid of the rpm limiter. I have hit that a few times because I wasn't watching the guage and my car was still pullin hard so I didn't shift in time. I usually shift on feel, and not the guage when I'm racing at least. Which is usually between 6,000-6700rpm. The speed limiter is pretty gay in my opinion though. I hit that no problem. Probably would have went to 130ish before I would have run out of power.

If the R/T's are PCM speed limited its not at the SE/SXT's 120mph...the fastest I've seen a stock R/T go is 138mph...but i dont know if thats the real top speed or the limited top speed...i'm just assuming the R/T isnt speed limited because of the 138mph thing...

The regular Neon and the RT have different gears right? Does that have anything to do with the top speed or are the RT's geared different for acceleration. I wonder if both have the same top speed without any factory drawbacks.
