Default Spark Plugs/Wires

From what I've seen, everyone seems to have no problems with NGK spark plugs.. Well, I'm planning on getting those but I don't know which wires to get, anyone help?

Plugs

All the name brand after-market wire should be great. No one wire will give you any HP increase.

Magnacore
Crane
Mopar Performance
Accel
MSD

Heck even Stock is OK

Yeah no HP increase, but usually you get a slightly better idle from better plugs/wires...

I was thinkin about colored wires to match the body color...then I looked closer and I see they are very short wires on my 2004 SE! almost not worth it to replace just to add some color!

reviving this post..... question on the cold affecting plug wires?

of course, as soon as we got the cold weather come in, 26 degrees F, and a light snow.... now I get engine rough running...

finally the engine light came on and I was able to get a code P 0301.. cylinder #1 misfire

thinking plugs and wires, just wondering if it was the cold weather that maybe brought out a problem with the #1 plug wire?

my local parts stop has Bosch plug wires, but they are like $38. Seems like alot for 4 little short wires...or is this because they are "Bosch"?

Bobby Bosch is not what they used to be when they made their name. Mopar or order some MSD's, Magnecor, or what not.

I would go MSD or Magnecore...never heard anything bad about them...Bosch is overrated in my opinion these days though...

I actualy tried both the BOSCH and MOPAR plug wires on my 01 neon se and found that the Mopar wires stood up to the cold a little better than the bosch wires did.
