for 200 take them and if they do rub change over to 40's its still a good deal. i have 205 and i dont rub so you might be alright. the prob with spacers is that they leave too much unsuppoerted space between lug and hub. ive seen them snap lug bolts when pushed too hard

but if you get large spacers like the 30mm i have actually bolt onto the origional lugs and provide a new set of lugs to bolt into so there is not too much stress
