Default rotor issues

Ok so I went to replace my rear rotors of my 2003 dodge neon rt and I can't seem to get the rotor off? I think that there is a drum under the rotor, how do I get it off?[&:]

You have to retract the brake shoes...to do this locate the rubber plug behind the rotor (it will be down and on the metal "heat shield")...there will be a star-wheel inside and you will need to use a star-wheel adjuster or just a flathead screwdriver. Turn the star-head until the shoes are retracted enough so you can take the rotors off...oh yeah, and a rubber mallet works wonders as well.
