You guys are pickin on a gal . Whos ride is more show than go ! So what I like the black housings more than at least haks projectors . I do have really nice projectors on my 96 turboed neon . Just sayin the black housings look awesome with my black led tails . The black led tails are just good enough for me when I have to use the money I would of used to buy projectors to buy my turbo for my sxt .

 

ok guys heres the bottom line no more fighting because its stupid to fight on the internet over meaningles things. the facts are:
depo headlights are NOT STOCK HEADLIGHTS depo makes their own headlights. the stock ones are sylvania and its impossible to open them up and paint them. depo just has their orn form and makes their own.
depo black headlights are nice hands down. they also don't affect the way your light shines. it shines off the back not the side which is black.
haknslash's retro hids are the **** lol i love them personally i like the ones with the black abs but thats because my cars black. the oem looking ones are hott too.
HID kits are ehh. i personally dont like them because Most are rice. not all. the 12000K ones are pointless because its just a blue light that doesnt shine up the road.
when your talking about show cars and real show cars not little kids that think their car is the **** anything visual cannot be criticised as rice because rice is good with show
and finally airwolf is a girl duhh lol hope that clears everything up

 

Thank you for setting things straight about the depo black housings and the nice hids I have the 6000 hid kit which is pretty nice . The 6000& 8000s hid kits are the best and most used. Im not a little kid Im alot older than most of you and yeah a bodykit and my other mods are somewhat kiddish but hey I like my show sxt and my shows like her so thats all that matters!

 

I just want to say that I wasn't trying to disrespect anyone, I was just saying that the depo ones are the SAME stock design and are painted black. Nothing more than that. So in my book their OEM. But anyway enough on that, oh and I APOLIGIZE, I didn't know that you were a girl[sm=imsorry.gif]. Last I was just trying to kinda stop the ranting my self but i guess it seemed like i was involved with the argument.

Finally their is A TON of stuff involved with a GOOD HID set up which if your gonna spend that kind of money on either a depo set and a kit or a RETRO fitted kit either from another person on made yourself I think WE CAN ALL AGREE, That you should get the best since a slight imrovement would be a waste of time and money. Just do the research on HID's and go from there, which is exactly what I'm doing.

I was just saying until you have some on your ride . You have no idea how they look. Theres more to them than just the black . They are the best out there if you have the black led tails and you want the blacked out look like I do. They are way better than oem and my hids I got a super deal from a friend of mine so didnt have to pay much. I did research and the best hid kits are the 6000 and 8000 kits.

 

Hey guys I just got these black projector headlights on ebay... does anyone have the instructions to how to put them in? I'm a girl and really am trying to do it on my own thanks!!!

 

Mickey is the one to pm he has them on his sxt and the 1st to get them. I might get some if they go cheaper by Christmas Im going for a whole different theme next yr for my carshows.

I think she has a 03 neon so mickey is the one to help you out hes got a 04 sxt and has the same headlights as yours
