max possible mpg
i saw this in the first gen forum so i thought i would ask here. im getiing between 25-29( as far as i can recall) stock, so i was wondering what everybody is getting with theirs and what mods they have.
I average about 28-30 in the city. Around 35 on the highway. Over the summer I went up north and got some insane mileage. I hit 250 miles and only used 5.75 gallons. I was just cruisin at around 60 with the cruise control on enjoying the scenery. That is the max I've ever gotten before in mpg. I've hit well over 300 miles per tank on several occasions. I only can do it if I drive on the highway with my cruise control on. If I put my foot into at all my mileage drops like a rock.
