Yep, I have pretty much all that I need except a couple things. I cracked open the headlights last night. I don't know what I'll do tonight, I'll just have to see. Pics will be coming.

Like I stated...headlights are completely apart. I have started my wire harness, should finish all of that tonight except wiring on the 9007 male adapter (since I don't have that yet). Probably will also mock up how the projectors will fit in the headlights. I also removed that reflector thing that is in the inside of the headlight. A pic of my mess.

I was just wondering if you posted ever, what exactly you are doing. So what is this project all about?

Also, do take a lot of pictures almost as a "how-to" so the rest of us can get some ideas from it. That'd be awesome.

Keep up the good work though, I hope it comes out just like you want it. Take your time!

I would have to say this is not for the faint of heart. I have been working on one headlight for probably the last couple hours to get the projector to fit in the headlight just perfect. Granted the other side will go faster now that I have a good idea of what I'm doing and how to do it. Wire harness is about 75% done now. I need to pick up more wire loom, some #8 bolts and washers tomorrow. If you have not seen, I am putting projectors in stock neon headlights since there are no aftermarket projectors for 03 - up. I don't think there is really any projectors for the 2nd gen that are worth a crap. Do I have instructions? No. I'm winging it, I'm very innovative. I "make" things work. And I do believe I am going to paint the inside part black (the chrome part that reflects light) because I will have no need for it to look chrome anymore. Plus, if it is black it will mask any scratches I may have made in the chrome if I do so happen to nic it modding it or putting it back together.
