Default Neon Sxt STrut Bar problems

Hey do you know if this piece is removable im trying to install a strut bar but this thing is in the way,please help

Thanks man i just did an adjustment to it than taking it off

Default Throttlebody

so i got a 70mm tb from ebay a while back and it looks like this.
sorry i couldn't provide a better photo.



but there is no part in where to mount the IAC nor is there some where to clamp the hose onto the back like the factory does. what should i do. Im sure i can fab something up in witch to clamp the hose on but if you have any other ideas about that please help me but most importantly what do i do about the IAC. The car that i am driving for now is a 2003 dodge sx 2.0 but i want to get a r/t soon. anyway if you can help me I will be very thankful.

Having trouble removing Abs speed sensor so I CAN INSTALL WHEEL BEARING on a 2003 dodge 4x4 frt lft wheel any tips?I'M THINKING THERE IS A CLIP AS IT WON'T JUST PULL APART.
