Default Body Kits

Can anyone tell is there any trouble with installing body kits like is there any fitment trouble or do they just bolt on without any gaps orwould you have to do any body work to get it looking right and do it really matter about what it is made of ive seen some made of fiberglass and others made of plastic.
The ones on ebay are they worth the trouble if there is going to be any.

Did anyone install oneand have any trouble withthe body kit not fitting right?

From what I understand, you want to stay away from fiberglass kit, i think it's just cause they wont last as long, you need to get a urethane kit. Also body kits "should" fit without body work if their "made" for the car. But like oem parts their not show quality and as with anything the amount of time you spend on it reflects the quality, so if you really want it to look like it was stock mabye better your going to have to do a good amount of body work. Stay away from fiberglass kits. They are very easy to crack during installation, almost always need bodywork to fit, and the first time you get a little too close to the curb when you park, its destroyed. Buy a urithane kit!!
As far as ebay goes, all the kits on thier in the disription says "we do not guarntee the correct fitment of kits, we recomend a professional install kits" that is because they almost always require exstensive body work. Just remember you get what you pay for!!!
Just save you time and money and get a good unrithane or carbon fiber kit.
Good luck

If you buy generic, it will be a pain in the butt!!! If you want to avoid extra work go with Kaminari or Extreme Dimensions. It costs more but with the extra material you have to buy it will save you. And if you don't damage the fiberglass kit to much it can be repaired. Urethane is better but is more expensive and not offered for every kit. It also possibly warp causing it to weaken and if it breaks you're done time to buy a new bumper.

No urethane can be repaired if its small but if it breaks bad it can't be repaired while fiberglass can be repaired as long as it doesn't shatter

Urethane can and has been repaired you have to be skilled in the art of plastic welding and slight bondo skim coat. STAY AWAY FROM FIBERGLASS.
