Reset the computer by disconnecting the battery and waiing ten minutes or so...you can also remove the fuel pump fuse and/or bump the brakes...

As for the expected gains...on the stock intake/exhaust manifolds your not going to see much gain really. I would say maybe 5whp at the most...

 

About right for begining hp than mod your way up in hp.
