i dont know 32 but 38 is shortened conditions in downstream oxygen senser heater control feedback sensing curcuit

P:0032 is O2 Sensor Heater Control Circuit High (Bank 1 Sensor 1)
P:0038 is O2 Sensor Heater Control Circuit High (Bank 1 Sensor 2)
or
P0032 - Front O2 Sensor Heater Control Circuit High
P0038 - Rear O2 Sensor Heater Control Circuit High
