If you want sound quality, go with Morel, they are some of the best speakers on the market, it is somewhat pricy but well worth it. My car won second place twice with their low line speakers with just 500 watts and a twelve once and a ten once. You shouldn't need that battery or whatever it is because I've been running my current system on just the normal battery. Also that infinity amp isn't that great for SQ. Arc Audio is good, JL, and some others are good. You'll also probally want to upgrade you deck.

I'd go with JL Audio, subs, amps, and mids... but if you want a decent sub and amp, buy JL Audio. I had two 12w3's and a new JL 500x1 monobolock driving them in the cab of my extended cab truck, and they hit 152 db... not to mention slowly destroyed my truck with pressure waves, popped capacitors, melted power wire, etc... and we're not even going to talk about what the 18w6 did inside my truck with that JL amp woo-hoo.

But if you want some of the best QUALITY sound at any listening level, get some JL Audio gear. If I had a choice for my Neon SXT, I'd just replace all six factory speakers with new JL's, add a single 10-inch 10w0, and drive them with a JL 500-watt 5-channel amp and call it good. Not too loud, just good quality sound.

That reminds me...to much bass can't be good for a neon. It's been about 2 weeks and it feels like my poor neon is falling apart.

It rattles everything apart. If you have all JL audio, it'll cost more than your car. Go to Millionbuy.com and buy the visonik loaded bandpass box and get a blitz amp.
