A stock Neon vs a TC with a turbo, I would believe the TC would win (unless something is wrong with it or something else).

it is the stock block, nothing done to the block at all, he blew it 2 weeks ago, heres the video and explanation
"reason it blewup was a ignition timing malfunction with the trigger wheel. When I stuck it in 5th the timing jumped up 6+degrees it would of blown up a built engine let alone a stock one."

I don't know anything about the parts on the TC but I can believe it. With 632whp, I'd like to see that with stock internals[X(].
