I have a 02 ACR! Would my car beat a tc....if not how do they compare?

 

I've beaten an ATX Scion Tc, never raced a MTX though...our cars weigh less by almost 400lb which gives us a nice adavantage. I would imagine an MTX Vs. MTX would be pretty even...

i raced a turbo one (i have an auto) i had the jump and held the lead until he barely passed me in third then won by like a car maybe

I had read that so many times.... that if you really like the look of the Tc, first thing you do if you want any kind of performance is put a turbo on it!

 

yeah, the tcs are not fast at all. there is one kicking about my town, and it is not even fun to race....i have seen faster honda civics.......there is a tc kicking around with a turbo in my town, i ran him,,my car is turboed, and some other fun mods but it was not close, like stated above, they are about 500lbs more in weight...so that does give the neons the advantege to begin with, they say they are like 150hp....130 to the wheels, they are not much more horse power to the wheels than a stock neon, and also weigh more......i would say race him!!!!

 

well.. my girlfriend have an ATX tc and a friend of mine have it MTX.. we raced.. and i lost by about three cars... the diff of transmissions in those cars really makes the difference.. ( but yet for a 2.4 160 bhp,, i expected more )

 

wow i didnt think transmissions made tht big of a diff.

 

^The transmission and the weight of the car make the difference...on most MTX cars you usually see around 10%-15% drivetrain loss, but with an ATX that loss can easilly double.

 

we all know tC stands for Total Crap
