Yeah thats what I wanted to hear that any ride modded right can be fast and even if its auto . Autos are pretty cool especially turboed or supercharged .

 

yeah im gonna have to agree with 03neonRT on this one, ive raced modded civics and won, my friend has a new motor, (20,000 mile), cold air intake, and a skunk2 exaust. I have an 00 neon with an AEM intake, and thats it. both cars are 5 speed, except hes got an SI tranny, plus my engine has 130,000 miles on it. Im not sayin i blew him away, but i had the lead from the very start. Also theres a couple TC's around, and ive raced one, might've been an auto idk, but i smoked him. They are decent lookin cars, but invest the same cash into both cars and a neons gonna come out on top.

stock srt vs stock tc =srt will kill the tc

^i might add that with the money argument, the neon, srt and scion all lose that one... can we say foxbody?

But one man with the time and passion for tuning can do anything. Scion TC's aren't exactly what we would consider a very fast car either. However, nothing matters once you got the time, money, and passion.

If people watch pinks, there is an episode where they have a 12 second VAN beat a full race 12 second Camaro!

who here said they beat a turbo tc with their neon? i dont' recall unless you are talking about me, however i didn't say i beat a TURBO tc but that i beat a stock tc with an aftermarket muffler. like everyone is saying more power to everyone that is out there building up and customizing their car. everyone has their own taste and style, so more power to you if you love your car and make it your own, no matter what anyone says lol ( i personally don't like too many import cars but again that is just my style)
